MAXIMUM Racing Y-Pipe and Cat back (Full titanium) street only & Mr.Lemon said.....part 1.!!

這部GTR35裝上了Maximum Racing Y-Pipe連中至尾Exhaust System (Full titanium),特點係比起原裝共輕了18kg,而Y-Pipe有吸震網同回壓鼓 因釱金屬本身物料特性係輕 薄同堅硬,遇到震動比較容易爆裂,吸震網可防止焊接位不會容易爆裂,而回壓鼓可保持低扭輸出 燈位起步都絕不腳軟,不會出現有聲冇畫既情況,適合街道上行走使用,本公司亦有合Trackday用既直出Y-Pipe(有防震網 有306鋼及釱合金選擇)其實呢部GTR都曾經生了一場大病,病了好幾個月,車主是位傳萬家既善心總理,買左架心頭好GTR 35不久 ,就發生撻唔到車既情況,之後經好友KK君介紹搵左Alxn幫手(車主好友都係比Alxn誤導左,因Alxn先生話佢自己係GTR專家) ,起初就話個電子軑鎖有問題,其後又話個ECU問題,之後話BCM有問題,輾轉咁樣攪左幾個月,到最後,車主KK君好友 發覺唔係好對路,終於決定都係搵九龍灣GTR pro shop,三星期就攪掂左,等了半年車主亦都鬆口氣及安心晒 車主更向Phillip提過,呢個Alxn賣左架GTR32比呢位車主,可代車主辦理出牌等其他事項,車主亦付了訂金比A先生, 呢架GTR32係89年10月出產,正常情況應該到了2009年10月就可以出牌,車主都致電過比A先生,次次都係話攪緊攪緊,現在都2010年2月了, 還要攪幾耐,車主都覺得好無奈,但都冇計,亦只好希望A先生能夠真心交代返整件事,唔好再拖落去,車主都只係想取回心頭好而已........ 另外,有一位在油塘做生意的GTR35車主,人稱生果先生,至電本公司,想在KC News Room留言,希望想同各位GTR車主及車迷分享一個真實故事,未講呢個故事之前,先講講本公司並不是針對某人或某公司, 本公司和其他改裝公司都是友好的,只要係真真正正咁做車,係唔會有人講的,大家良性競爭,令改裝及汽車界行業興旺,對業界同車主都有好處 要是刻意惡意中傷其他同業自捧自己而得到利益,這只會自招惡果,本公司亦只是一個平台,給車主同車迷得到可靠及可信既資訊,全是真實, 如有不實的話,亦跟本公司立場冇關,以下係呢位車主用短訊send黎既內容 之前Alxn係廣告度同MxR個架仔影晒相自吹是全宇宙改GTR最強,原來事實真正要請MxR小林真x先生到港的是西貢區汽車進口商自X車, 而最重要既係T3L條大契弟Alxn Chxn跟本無比過錢小林先生,所有機票食宿開支都係生果先生比錢,Alxn厚顏無恥 Alex係雜誌上扮大袋(即充大頭鬼)行為卑劣,最好笑就係生果先生請小林先生去食海鮮宴,大契慌死蝕底咁叫埋 阿爸阿媽阿哥全家總動員去食,最離奇既係自吹在日本學藝4年既Alxn先生,竟然唔識日文,要生果先生動用私 人翻譯,莫非只係去歌舞技丁學也媽爹??而大契個親阿哥大大契重奇呢,平時只係揸過大契架清朝掃把佬,士巴拿都未識 揸,竟然敢同生果先生面前說他自己在日本賽開車,仲要係賽GTR35(GTR35在日本只在GT500出現 日本最高水平賽事之一) 重問生果先生係咪未揸過GTR呢D咁大Power既車,係咪有D舞唔掂架車呢,先唔講生果先生名下有多少架超級跑車先 (如拉利,林寶,波子等等,認識生果先生既朋友一定知道的)生果先生都曾經問過Phillip,有冇聽閒過呢位車手,在日本,香港,澳門,內地,外國等 地方也從未聽過有Dixky 呢號人物,後來先知道完來講緊佢阿哥,最後,生果先生希望各車主同車迷不要上當,更說如果一個人唔like你,可能就係針對, 但當所有識你既人都唔like你既時候,肯定是個人既問題與血緣無關,以上就係呢個短訊既內容.

GTR35 On YAN TONG GTR pro shop Rebuild Transmission but ........????

In recent weeks, we have helped 2 customers to tow in their much loved GTR35. The 2 vehicles have suffered problem with the transmission not able to shift into 1-3-5-R gears. The 2 customers coincidently took their vehicles to Tuxn Threx Limited for repair. After 3 months and a visit by MxR, Japan, the problem got worst with the problem extended to 2-4-6 gears. The 2 owners came to visit us to seek for an 2nd opinion. After a lengthy explanation by Phillip, they have decided to tow the vehicle to us for a check up. After a 3 hour check up, we have bring 2-4-6 gear to live and complete the repair on the next day afternoon. KC Racing is highly experienced with GTR35 transmission system, please contact us for any of your enquiry. 近日SxD會員至電查詢,波箱全波段不能入波,約定明日檢查,本公司己維修超過二十多輛R35波箱1,3,5,R或2,4,6沒有反應只可用Auto 模式繼續行走到車房維修,但此車很特別,用拖車連車入車房,因四驅關係所用細尾轆,令全條街塞了10分鐘,Phillip詳細問車主點解全部波段無反應,車主十月份己1,3,5,R波無反應,後來認識油塘所謂GTR Pro Shop問的Tuxn Threx Ltd,車主講拖車費用了幾千元,拖來拖去三個月都未能修好,但在11月尾MxR的小林真x來到Tuxn Thrxx Ltd協助Alxn Chxn維修,亦請了雜誌HYPxR xPEED 為此出廣告,車主心想Alxn Chxn 所講自己在日本維修GTR有四年經驗,一定無問題,做了六小時,得出來是任何波段都無,車主問點解這樣,答案是正常,Phillip聽了情況立即叫人用了一小時把2,4,6可正常行走,而車主真正知道唯是老千,車主下午4點放下R35,明日下午3時車主己經可來試車,笑住找數,經本公司維修之GR6波箱可保用一年(包括賽車或Trackday),如對此案件有懷疑,可向SxD成員查詢是否真實,本公建意如改裝或維修GTR或其它車輛除本公司可去GP MOxOR 或 TOP RAxING有保證的改裝廠,不要再被此公司蒙騙.無實力唔好辦專家,為害人間,不如早D關門啦!..................另有一名是車主朋友亦光顧此店的用家心聲,A君: 這部GTR35在油塘那間自稱是專科 專業 對GTR35無所不識的店鋪進行維修 而這部GTR35既問題是沒有了1 3 5 R波 據車主描述 當時店長兼技師Alxn用Consult III 為這部GTR35進行解讀及試車 得出來的結論是有多個DTC故障碼 實際問題要把波箱解剖 才能得出故障原因 到正識解剖這台波箱當日 有位日本改裝達人MxR社長小林真x到訪了 香港及在場與Alxn研究這台波箱問題 車主憶述整個工序過程由大約12:00-19:30左右完成了 而整個工序就只是放油 把油底拆開 把用來轉波那份組件落下 裝回之後兩人就在一個房間裹進行 研究及維修 再把之前所拆過既野裝返上架車度 到了著車及準備要試車時 發現部車不但未能修理好 連之前2 4 6波都不能入波 成架車即時變成左死車 不能動了 車主當時問Alxn點解會咁既 要點先可以把車整好 Alxn就話因為有多件組件壞了 而令到呢件組件壞既 原因是沒有更換波箱油,所以會咁 因車主始終不是技師和當時話晒都有位日本改裝達人小林x先生在場 只好相信吧 之後車主多次致電比Alxn何時可以把車整好 對方就因為忙為由多番把這台可憐的GTR35 拖來拖去 車主覺得無奈同失望之際既時候 從雜誌得知KC Racing可解決波箱各種問題,車主當是都心想 之前Alxn都拍晒心口話得啦 連MxR社長係度都攪唔掂,連2 4 6波都冇埋,都唔知係咪得 但車主始終覺得 點都好,都要整返好部愛車 都要試一試 之後就把車拖到KC Racing 其實架GTR35未到KC既時候 車主已一早將整件事既經過同架車既問題同Phillip傾過 Phillip同車主講1 3 5 R既問題一定可以幫你解決 但一定要先解決左2 4 6波問題先 Phillip叫車主放心 比1個小時時間給亞琪 他絕對能夠把2 4 6波問題解決 Phillip更問車主得唔得閒,得閒的話睇住整個過程 車主問會唔會唔係咁方便 Phillip話比你影相同拍埋都冇問題 幫你攪返好2 4 6波呢part係唔駛收費的 未夠1個鐘 著車試車喇 車主睇到架車行得返 第一時間問點解會咁既 用左唔夠1個鐘就可以攪返好 而這個維修過程是車主親身見證的 不是人地咁(那個自稱專家個位) 唔知做過D咩黎 攪到車都行唔到 呢個時候車主再問如果整返好架車 幾時可以取車 因車主好耐都冇渣過架愛車 Phillip跟技師亞琪想想 就同車主講 明天3點可以取車 有冇問題 車主即時問 唔係掛 真係可以??Phillip說冇問題的 問題都已經知道 要解決絕對冇問題 KC Racing要比所有GTR35車主知道 有人已為拍住D日本人 影下相 賣下廣 不停同D客人講 話呢間改裝店唔得 果間車房唔掂 講到自己好有料 其實佢自己本人都只係在日本跟AUTx SELExT做過不夠四個月時間 就話自己是GTR35專家 連EVC都未識裝 那時都是亞琪裝的(亞琪在KC已有4個年頭 當中時間曾經離開過KC一陣子 就是去了那個連親戚 朋友 工作伙伴都會出賣的騙子度) 你能夠開到呢間黑店 都是亞琪既功勞 還在外面唱亞琪如何 唔做野 做唔到野 係你車房既車 有邊一架唔係亞琪整的(亞琪未走果時) 還不特止 仲要搵個連車都唔識既大契弟話 亞琪唔識整車 唔通你好識整車???咩車你都識整?? 不過你就真係笨X喇 識得亞琪既人都知 亞琪係個咩人 你咁講只係話比人知 你好ON DOG DOG 其實就算唔講 基本上你既事跡已經係車界冇人唔知 希望還在那間黑店既車主 請盡快遠離呢間黑店 唔好再浪費閣下既寶貴金錢同時間 因為事實呢間黑店係冇料的

Vaeth C63 parts and ECU tuning over 560ps!!!! Parts 2

Vaeth 高流量催化之死氣喉,原裝喉尺寸直俓是60mm ,Vaeth 是70mm,而死氣焦原裝喉尺寸直俓是45mm,Vaeth 是50mm 在高中低速度的反應極之強勁,稍後我們會測試沒有改裝電腦程式前,只更換進排氣的馬力結果................English : Vaeth complete exhaust system includes a 50mm manifold verus 45mm stock, a set of high flow catalytic convertors, 70mm X-pipe and cat back system, 10mm larger than factory. It will improve horsepower throughout the rev range. We will the system to the test on our Dynopack next week.

德國Vaeth公司是一間專門生產Mercedes-Benz的改產品,英美日韓很多車主採用之品牌,Vaeth在德國產品質量可比美Caelsson,但價錢低25%,今次C63車主很欣賞Vaeth的Bodykit,材料用上Light Dry Carbon所有產,而進氣和排氣亦換上Vaeth,而ECU & TCU 低溫水膽,用上MHP品牌,而之前己經測試過原裝C63只換上MHP ECU & TCU之馬力結果,後會測試未換ECU & TCU,只裝上VAETH進氣和由死氣焦開始到尾段排氣的馬力結果............English : Vaeth, a Mercedes Benz tuning specialist from Germany. Their products are well recognized in Europe, America and now introduced to Asia. The quality is well match to other European tuning companies with pricing around 25% lower. Recently, we have helped a Mercedes Benz C63 customer to installed Vaeth carbon fiber body styling, lowering spring kit, and complete stainless steel exhaust system, which included manifold, high flow cats. to cat. back exhaust. GTR35 x MAXIMUM RACING 650ps CLUTCH Kit & High Temp Seal Assy

這幾星期收到很多R35車主對自己波箱問題,常見問題是1-3-5波 & 2,4,6波無反應,只可行自動模式,和有時高轉時突然四驅燈亮荋X秒時轉數上而車很慢,這就是跣極力子出現,原裝Seal只可承受150溫度和9bar壓力,所以容易有此問題,另還有另一樣最重要問題(在此不能公開,因商業秘密不能公開)MAXIMUM RACING 650ps Kit出品之極力子片,比原裝高出40%抓茪O,而Seal是可承受250溫度和12bar壓力,而可保用一年以上,凡在本公司更換MAXIMUM RACING 650ps CLUTCH Kit & High Temp Seal Assy 可保用一年,就算裝上後參加Trackdaym保用一年..................English : Recent weeks, we have customers having problem with their GTR35 transmission for not being able to change gears in manual mode with 4WD warning light flashing at high RPM. This is a sign of slipping clutch discs in the transmission and problem with the seal assembly, as the factory items only able to withstand 150C heat and 9 bar of pressure. KC Racing currently offers Maximum Racing 650PS clutch kit that allow 40% better bite than factory and seal assembly that could withstand 250C heat and 12 bar pressure. We offer 12 month warranty on this package, including use for track days.

GTR35 Willall Racing TURBOCHARGER UPGRADE

上次提及有位客人用三十萬把街用R35進行改裝,於三月份James 所辨之Trackday一顯身手,當日有R35計時大戰,車主想去到700ps左右馬力,所以如街車建議用上Willall 品牌,因為價錢合理,比美國SSP平40%,而大家改裝方法一樣,我們找了TopRacing南哥幫忙付運到澳洲改動,須時約14天,希望可在月底到港,然後再加上Haltech ECU 進行設定,希望當天可由PHILLIP駕駛挑戰最速時間................English:We have mentioned earlier that a customer will invest HK$300,000 to upgrade his GTR35 to participate in a GTR time trial race during a trackday event in Zhuhai in March. The customer would like to increase the horsepower to around 700ps. For fast road application, we suggest turbochargers upgrade by Willall Racing in Australia. As pricing is 40% lower than Southside Performance in USA, however, the modification is very similar. Thanks to Nam from Top Racing, he helped us to send out the turbochargers to Willall Racing for modification and should be completed within 14 days, together with Haltech ECU settings and driven by Phillip, we hope for the best result on the day.

KC Racing to keep in good repair R35 BCM & key

很多R35車主的車鑰匙時常失靈,有時只是鑰匙裹面密碼失靈而做成問題,非BCM問題而成,外間很多公司用Consult III 解碼,其實只有原廠可做得到,我們KC Racing都做不到,而KC要用另一部特別用具才可做到,如車鑰匙一有問題就不要用Consult III或外間出品之431去做,這可能連BCM都死,之後真得不償失,一有問題就要找KC幫你,起碼可˙斯L謂塤失..................English : There are many GTR35 owners having problem with the keys. The problem is often due to the coding of the key and not the BCM. There are many companies out there using Consult-III or other device to reset the BCM, which there is chance to damage the unit. KC Racing could help you to re-code the key in order not to damage the electronic of the vehicle.
