Motec powered FD2 time attack

A 3 days solid track test for our Motec Powered FD2 were carried out over the last weekend with a variety of different settings to the suspensions, tires, LSD, gear ratios to try shorten the lap time.

KC Racing prepared Honda FD2 on display

KC Racing have team up with Yokohama Advan(HK) to have our in-house prepared Honda FD2 race spec display to the public at E-Max between 19/22-03-09.

The event was a success, our display FD2 managed to draw in high number of visitors and show to the public our work and introduce motor racing to the wider public.

R35 De-cat pipe and Rear traction adjuster rod

KC Racing in-house developed a customer built de-cat pipe and rear lower traction rod for the GT-R 35.

The de-cat pipe is made of stainless steel, measured at 63mm in diameter per side and 78mm at the joint. The pipe is designed for fast exhaust gas flow.

The traction adjuster rod are effective for alignment adjustment. making accurate alignment possible.

Light weight belt upgrade for GT-R35

A light weight belt has been developed by KC Racing for the GT-R 35 to be replace with the OEM rear brake belt.

The belt is made from cast alloy aluminium to keep the overall weight to the minimum weighting in at 2 kg per belt, that is 50per cent reduction in weight over the standard 4kg item.

The reduced weight directly increase the overall responsiveness, making the car response to the driver faster.

KC prepare Evo 6 TME race car part 2

Our track prepare race spec Evo 6.5 TME has just completed the roll cage and complete body colour paint application.

Currently on the wide body kit adjustments.

The rest of top racing parts will begin to go on to the car once the wide body kit has completed.

GT-R 35 on Dyno

We have our Project R35 on the 4WD dyno yesterday to carry out a number of tests with the car.

- The first test we did first for the standard car to check everything is normal.
- The second dyno run was test with the 180km delimiter fitted to see if the car car go pass the 180km limit the car originally set for.
The test was a success, the car managed to reach a 260km on 5th gear with ease.

There will be more update with our Project R35 coming soon.

PPG strengthen gearset for GT-R 35

PPG has just released a Nissan R35 GTR 1st gear upgrades. This product has received huge interest from R35 GTR owners worldwide, many of whom have had vehicles stranded with failed transmissions for some time.

The PPG 1st gear upgrade is a direct fitment product that provides at least 40per cent more tooth surface area than stock and is manufactured and heat treated by PPG with the same processes and materials that are incorporated into all of the PPG world famous gear set products.

The 1st to 6th gear set complete kit is also available for order.
