AP Racing V Racing Spec big 6 pot brake kit - part 1

Here we have an Super light weight (See photo) AP Racing Mono block racing spec big 6 pot front brake kit. Custom-made Brake Bridge will be required to fit any cars, can fit brake disc thickness between 33mm to 37.4mm.
Min 17 wheels required fitting this big brake kit.
Nearly new.
The caliper only weighting 2.56kg, very light with titanium pistons
Content: Calipers, 325mm x 35mm brake disc and brake pads.

The first VW Golf GT arrive in HK - part 6

In order to stay in-line with the exterior look of the GT, a series of new carbon parts were used for the interior and a new carbon wing mirror also fitted at the same time. The carbon parts for the interior includes: Main centre console, front dash cover, side door panels for front and rear.

The Oettinger Body Kit finally been paint and fitted onto the out project Golf 5 GT. The exhaust from SuperSprint has just enough width for the bodykit without any modification to the kit.

Alcon 4 Pot Racing Brake Kit

Here we have a set of Alcon 4 Pot Racing brake kit. Content: Alcon 4 Pot calipers, 332mm X 32mm Brake Disc and brake pads. The caliper is very light, able to save weight. HKD $18,000

The Endless 6 pot brake kit were chosen for the project for its powerfull stopping power. 355mm X 32mm brake disc and steel brake hose also fitted at the same time. See pics
There are enough clearance between the wheels and the caliper that theres no need for spacers. See picture below

The first VW Golf GT arrive in HK - part 3

The wheels chosen for this project is none other than our long time favoutite the advan Racing RS.
This was chosen for its weight, size, strength and colour. We choose the Gun Metal Dark Grey to go with the colour of the car itself.
As for the tyres, we used the Yokohama Advan AD07 225/40/18 tyres.

On the handling side, we used the suspension kit from AST Sport-Line 1.
The Sport-Line range of suspensions are mono-tube high-pressure coil-over shock absorbers.
Damping force on rebound and compression is adjustable to several heights.
Sport-Line range of shocks can be rebuilt and maintained.
They guarantee a confortable ride and are equipped with adjustable aluminium anodised spring seat.

Here we have the first VW Golf GT waiting to be upgrade for the stage 1 tuning. Upgrade parts: Advan RS 18inch Wheels in Gun Metal Dark, AST suspension kit, Endless 6 pot with 355mm X 32mm Brake kit,SuperSprint Twin side exit exhaust.

Quaife ATB differential Volkswagen DSG is suitable for Volkswagen models with the DSG gearbox. A direct replacement for the standard Volkswagen open differential, the Quaife ATB differential transforms your cars performance.

Unlike a conventional plate-style limited slip differential, the Volkswagen DSG Quaife ATB differential relies on gears rather than clutch plates for its operation. That means it is much smoother in operation.

The Volkswagen DSG Quaife ATB differential never locks harshly with a set pre-load of wheel slip across the driven axle, like a conventional LSD. Rather, the Volkswagen DSG Quaife ATB differential automatically biases the torque away from the spinning wheel across the axle, to a constantly varying degree, and never locks.

The Volkswagen DSG Quaife ATB differential has many benefits over a standard open differential, including maximising traction and minimizing wheelspin, eliminating torque steer and snatching in front wheel drive cars compared to conventional LSD units, and a maintenance-free design which retains the standard oil lubrication.
